All of our industrial reverse osmosis systems come skid-mounted, on caster wheels, in a compact space-saving version, or even in a container to allow for a quick relocation when needed. AXEON industrial reverse osmosis systems are built to last since they contain some type and combination of pre- and post-treatment. The pre- and post-treatment methods will vary depending on the feed water quality and the end use of the treated water. Some applications require very low TDS levels while others require higher TDS and/or different types of chemicals in the water. For instance, it is unsafe to drink water that is under 5ppm, so it is generally a good idea to add a calcite media filter to the post-treatment of the industrial reverse osmosis system to attain safe drinking water.
All industrial reverse osmosis systems
can be customized to purify municipal water supplies, well water, and even salt water. Generally, the higher the salinity, the more pre-treatment is needed and also a different type of reverse osmosis membrane is needed in order to reject the proper amount of TDS in the water.
